Reliability Engineer for the Philips Hardware Test Engineering group will perform reliability engineering related tasks on Philips medical device projects for internal customers while serving as a critical part of the Reliability Engineering staff related to our Hospital Patient Monitoring business.
Your role:
This role will provide leadership and guidance to the reliability group, perform technical peer reviews of all group work products for accuracy, and provide reliability engineering services to all Philips internal customers including reliability analyses and reliability predictions.
This is an independent contributor role serving as the reliability engineering expert for the Hospital Patient Monitoring business and hardware test engineering group.
This role requires someone to work onsite in a hybrid capacity in Andover, MA.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired experience with environmental and humidity testing, execution of dynamics (vibration, shock) testing, HALT testing, ALT testing, DFMEA, and experience with statistical and sample test size determination.
Previous reliability engineering experience required within medical device industry or other comparable highly regulated industries.
You have a bachelors degree from an accredited college/university with a major in engineering/physical science/or computer science, Masters preferred.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $120,848 to $223,104, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
